Guitar Hero Star Slash Launches Line of Gibson Guitars

He’s the cover star of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock, and while you’ve been rocking out with him with your plastic Gibson Les Paul, he’s been working with Gibson to release his own guitar.

The former Guns and Roses, and current Velvet Revolver guitarist, is creating three limited edition guitars - 2 Gibsons and 1 Epiphone model. The guitars are expected to be available as of April 1, 2008. The guitars will be limited edition so expect them to go fast.

“I have always been a Les Paul player and am very proud to have my own range produced by Gibson and Epiphone, the maker of the world’s greatest guitars,” said Slash. “I hope that musicians around the world enjoy them as much as I do.”
