This Month’s Guitar World Magazine - Big Guitar Hero Influence!

This months Guitar World Magazine has a pretty big Guitar Hero influence.

Starting with the cover you have Guitar Hero III star Slash from Velvet Revolver as well as Joe Perry, who will be featured in the upcoming Guitar Hero: Aerosmith.

To continue with the theme, they also feature a sneak preview of Guitar Hero: Aerosmith.

And to top it all off, all of the featured tabs are Guitar Hero related.  The tabs include Foghat’s “Slow Ride” and Heart’s “Barracuda”, both of which are songs in Guitar Hero III, as well as Avenged Sevenfold’s “Almost Easy” which was part of the Modern Metal Track Pack, Dethklok’s “Thunderhorse” which was a bonus song in Guitar Hero II, and Children of Bodom’s “Lake Bodom” which…  uh…   okay, so we’re having difficulty finding a relation to the Guitar Hero series with that last song.

Maybe it will be a Guitar Hero song in the near future….  That’s right, we’re perpetuating more rumors.
