Activision has had RocketXL make them a ‘mini’ version of Guitar Hero that can be easily placed onto webpages. This is a great marketing effort (kudos).

The songs are played on your keyboard, using the number buttons for frets and the enter key to strum. No bonus points are awarded for holding your keyboard like a guitar, but we will appreciate the style.

The ‘widget’ also contains three different songs: “Cult of Personality” by Living Colour, “School’s Out” by Alice Cooper, and “Metal Heavy Lady” by Lions.

Keep on playing and try to get on top of the leaderboard. You may win a prize from Rocket XL and Activision.
