Rock Band for Wii to Have “Upgraded” Drums
By Jordan Shearer on Jun 7, 2008 in Controllers, News
As most people know, the Rock Band drums are not the sturdiest things on the market.
There have been many complaints about cracked drums pads and pedals but, according to IGN, Harmonix is looking to change that for the upcoming Wii version of Rock Band, set to be released on June 22, 2008 in the US.
According to the article the new version of the drums will, as seen before, be white but will also have a sturdier pedal.
As seen in the pictures from the article, the new pedal will have a much thicker spring, to prevent the pedal from cracking.
Also, the Wii drum kit will have “Somewhat softer drum pads”.

Indeed… and the new RMA sucks… but if you bust it, it could be replaced by the new version.
