My Rock Band Facebook Application

My Rock Band is a new Facebook application that allows you to start a ‘Rock Band’ with your friends and set your high score in the band audition minigame.  The competition part is that your friends can challenge your position in the band by auditioning and getting a higher score.

Admittedly this is blatant viral advertising, much like the Guitar Hero Minigame, only this time it’s for Rock Band.

The good news is that I’m more than happy to add some Rock Band to my Facebook profile.  The bad news is that it not only forces you to spam at least 3 friends with invites before it lets you play, but when you do get to play it’s not like Rock Band at all.

The gameplay has you clicking on various Rock Band icons when they appear on score to gain points.
